My office is conveniently located in the Capitol Tower building in downtown Salem. Free customer parking is available in the Liberty Parkade, which attaches to the Capitol Tower building by skywalk.

My current fee is $175 per 45-minute session for ongoing psychotherapy. Intake sessions are billed at $225.
Effective 9/1/2026, I am in-network with Moda Health.
While I am not paneled with any other insurance companies, I am happy to provide monthly superbills for those wishing to use out-of-network benefts. I also partner with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.

The decision to begin psychotherapy for yourself or your child is complex and personal. To make that decision easier, I offer a free 20-minute consultation by phone or video call to discuss your concerns and what you're hoping to get from psychotherapy. There is no obligation - this is an opportunity for you to get a feel for what it might be like to work together and to make sure I'm the right fit for your needs. At the end of the consultation, I'll let you know if I think I can be of help and, if so, the next steps. If I don't feel that I am the right fit for you or your child, I'll let you know and will provide referrals that I think will be a better match.
